What should I do? (Pls be kind)

I have some pothos cuttings sitting in water with take root in them. Some with leaves and some without. 🤣Some in perlite. Okay so! All the cuttings without leaves started in perlite. I took the ones that was growing roots and put it in a separate container with take root in it as you can see in image one. And now I’m wondering what do I do? There still a bunch that hasn’t started to root. The ones with leaves have some roots in image 5 and 6 but I don’t think it’s long enough to plant yet. I don’t want to use sphagnum moss because it’s gonna be difficult to separate the root from the moss when I go to transfer it to dirt. That’s why I used perlite. So what should I do? I really need help.
