  1. Plant Foldies! What are you most excited about for Spring 2026? Have you started adding more plants to your outdoor and indoor spaces? Let me know your thoughts by replying to this comment here. I'd love to open a fun and meaningful discussion. 🙂

  2. Check lowes i got a hindu rope hanging basket for $30 yesterday, it came with 6 plants and in a ceramic pot

  3. Hi, Rich, thanks for your inspiration…it was raining hard here is
Miami this pm but went to Lowe’s anyhow. , got a basket of Rhipsalis, Yey!

  4. Sooooo, something I learned recently about the Hydrangeas being sold at big box stores is that majority of them, if not all, are “flowering Hydrangeas” and they are considered annuals because the chances of them coming back the next year (in Texas), even after protecting them, is sooooooo low. The hydrangeas that are perennials are the “bush hydrangeas” types and are typically kept with the trees/bushes section at plant nurseries. An employee at Green Acres told me this while I was looking at their “flowering Hydrangeas” and provided me the forewarning if I was considering on purchasing some.

  5. 3:40 I need that succulent arrangement on my patio! 😍 I’d put it in a nice simple black planter. I have my indoor planter scheme as white and neutral colors, and my outdoor planters are mostly black.

  6. 1:07:48 I LOVE Frosted Ghost! I was so happy to find one on clearance at Lowe’s recently! I still have the stems from my old on in my prop box. I’m going to leave them in there to see if they eventually do anything or not. 😊

  7. I have started some sweet pepper seeds inside. Tomatoes are next. I also plan on planting some foraging plants for my chickens, including marigolds, dwarf Moringa and a few types of amaranth

  8. Knock on wood, but I havent had problems with spider mites and Ivy plants. But when I water them, I usually water at the sink and give them a good rinse anyway because we have a dusty house.

  9. I bought quite a few tissue cultures, it’s like bonsai growing with self watering and high humidity. Now that I caught on how to do it, it’s very relaxing.

  10. I have been looking for an Autumn Twist Azalea since I saw them at Lowe's last year when it wasn't in my budget. I was lucky enough to find one a week ago at one Lowe's I don't often shop at. I decided to check another couple of Lowe's in the past week. One, that was a couple of miles from the Lowe's where I found my azalea, had none. Yesterday I was in my nearest Lowe's and they had a BUNCH of Encore Azaleas. The crazy thing is they must have had EVERY variety (Autumn Fire, Autumn Bonfire, Autumn Royalty, Autumn Carnation, an a few others) but no Autumn Twist! I couldn't believe it. I was glad I grabbed one when I saw it! No guarantee one Lowe's will have what another one does.
