Yes, I’d say so. My calculus looks a bit like yours, yellowing and wrinkling a bunch. The jucier ones go a different way, like your second guys — often you see the new leaves peeping out long before the old ones dry up.
Every species is so different that I’ve started trying to put together time series for all the ones (a couple dozen) that I have, as a reference. Hope to post a bunch by this fall!
