Spring lawn and garden season is in full swing at Sutherlands, where staff say customers are stocking up on everything from lawn food and fertilizer to plants for their yards.
John, who works at Sutherlands, said shoppers most often are buying “spring lawn food, fertilizer, vegetables, shrubs, almost anything that you would need for your outside lawn gardening.”
He also encouraged customers to ask for help when they are unsure what to buy, particularly when it comes to chemicals and other products they may not understand. “We’ll be glad to wait on you, help you, pick the items that you would need,” John said.
Sutherlands staff are also urging customers to reach out with questions. “But we’re here for you. Don’t be shy about calling us. We’ll be glad to help you,” John said.
