USA KY Zone 6b but currently growing indoors.

I started my tomato seeds in gemination trays 21 days ago on 3/6. They have been doing very well but today I noticed some edema on a few of the plants. Could it be from over crowding in my grow tent? I have 198 plants in a 5’x10’ grow tent. I bottom water into the trays they sit in, I have used some hydroponic fertilizer A & B as directed. I have the big 8” air carbon filter pulling heat and humidity out and fresh air in along with 2 oscillating fans blowing on the plants 24/7. I let them dry out completely for 48 hours and feel I should water them now with no fertilizer, but I am wondering how I should treat the couple of plants with edema on the leaves? I read it is caused by up-taking too much water through the roots and not being able to off gas it through the leaves due to insufficient light or too high of humidity. Opinions on what you would do please and thanks in advance! Is edema a death sentence or can they recover?

The cure for edema…is fresh air. Less moisture, yes. But fresh air is needed. Open a window. Take the seedlings to another room for a little while. Just a fan isn’t enough. Your plants are essentially breathing into a plastic bag. Stagnant, moist air causes edema. The cure is opening it up to fresh air.
