This plant has been growing in a planter box in my backyard for about a month now, it's as tall as me (6 foot or so) and smells vaguely like truss tomatoes. But it has some wicked thorns on it, which I don't think tomato plants do.
I put a tomato cage over it, as it was spreading out from the base, and it's already grown maybe six inches in the four days or so since. No fruit or flowers in evidence.
I'm in Western Australia if that helps.
