Looks like Thai basil that’s gone to flower, those tall seed spikes give it away! Leaves are a bit narrower than sweet basil too, you’ll probably notice that spicy clove-y scent if you rub them 😊

Lemon basil (kemangi in Indonesia). I love this basil in my karedok (Betawi style raw vegetable in peanut sauce salad). It’s very fragrant.
