I am looking for suggestions on the best way to cut out a 7 inch circle to install a solar exhaust fan I purchased for my small greenhouse. This is to mod an existing hobby greenhouse with the panels caulked in, so taking the panel down is not really an option. In searching this I found a lot of suggestions on tools for cutting a straight line, but am having a hard time finding a good way to cut a circle.

Jigsaw. Mark it with a sharpie, go slow and steady with the tool.
How large of a greenhouse are we talking here?
I tried adding a fan to my greenhouse that is shelving sized, and had to just leave the door open because it go so hot still.
It’s like 2ft x 3ft x 6ft tall, so small I guess.
a hole saw.
I just traced around it with a sharpie then used a utility knife
ETA: fresh blade on the knife
Hole saw. You can get an adjustable hole saw which should do you very well.
Heat and old knife up with a torch
Jigsaw will leave jagged edges, use a rotary tool, like a Dremel, and go slow.
I used the circular part as a template, and went around it with a marker. Cut it with a box cutter at the top, back of greenhouse.
Depending on how easily it melts I’ve seen people heat up metal coffee containers or empty soup cans and press them into plastic to melt a clean hole
Hole saw and someone on the other side pressing a piece of plywood against it
Use a dremel
