My tomato’s are on the struggle bus. I grew them in a grow tent last year I don’t know where I went wrong this year. They were okay a few weeks ago. I water them when the soil looks dry and have slowly been moving my grown light up. Any idea what I’ve done to them?

You’re not watering consistently. Even your peppers are starting to show it. Misshapen, wavy leaves, curling leaves…that is inconsistent watering. If you are unsure of when to water…get a cheap $5-10 water meter probe. You’re either over or under-watering.
Do you bottom water or top water?
How many holes do you have in the bottom of each cup?
If it doesn’t respond to water throw it in the trash it may be sick. You have plenty of time to start another plant.
How are you watering them? They look severely dehydrated.
I recommend filling a sink, bucket, etc with water at a depth just below the height of soil in the container you are watering. Let the tomato plants (this works for all potted plants, house plants too) soak for 5-10 minutes to soak up as much water as the soil will hold.
Once the pot feels light (weight) and the soil looks dry again, then repeat. My guess is your soil is hydrophobic as this point and whenever you water, most of it just runs down the side or channels through the dirt and the roots never good a good drink.
Are they root bound?
air flow could be a factor?
