




Like it says this is our first time gardening we planted strawberries in their own bed, I added four beer slug traps after the picture was taken, sugar snap peas starters and seeds and lettuce in the bed and we have Walla Walla onions carrots and carrot seeds together 🤞

Great job getting started!
When you’re growing carrots and onions, think about what size you want them to be at harvest time.  It looks like the ones you’ve planted are too crowded to make a good crop.
Onions are quite hardy.  You can separate the clumps that you have there and plant them ~4” apart from each other.
Carrots cannot be transplanted without messing up the root but you can choose to leave the strongest plant per clump and thin out the other ones.
