Ok. Stupid question……. If I apply Best Dimension 270g to help control crabgrass, will it keep grass seed from germinating? Should I not use them in the same season?

Your yards is beautiful 🥰 we live in the desert 🏜 state Ph, Az hard to have beautiful plants all year round here. Most of us have nothing but rocks, cactus 🌵 and ugly flowers thay can only survive here. I can't even keep Lantana alive 😂. This is 105-108 F it's only March
I got soil for my raised bed vegetable garden from a local landscaping company. The seedlings I planted are not having green leafy growth and stay stunted. I got a soil test done from local extension office to find the pH is 7.9 and it’s high in phosphorus, calcium, and magnesium. potassium level is moderate. Is there a way to recover this soil for my vegetable garden?
