I had one plant end up with a lot of lower bud sites even after defoliating the bottom third. I thought this might help. I tried the bottom first but the autopot containers blocked too much light. Anybody else use a strong side or bottom light?

Just be mindful of dli/plant….the extra 100w from the side may need you to lower intensity from the top.
I would opt for under canopy lighting but the more light any whr can’t go wrong.
