I've been trying peppers in a small kratky style set up using a seaweed based nutrient… I don't have access to master blend products but do have some miracle grow.
Initially they start off ok but then become stunted or show the leaf issues in the photos. Have tried changing the nutrients for a fresh batch but that didn't work.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for improvement please?

They have pretty severe nutrient deficiency. Do you have access to any type of hydroponic nutrients? Seaweed based products are usually only recommended as a soil conditioner. You need a product with a reasonable NPK.
I’m not familiar with miracle grow but a quick google suggests it can be used but I’ve no idea at what dosage. Perhaps someone here with knowledge of the product can suggest something.
How is the weather? I think your nutrient solution may be sitting at higher temperatures?
