Hi cactus people, I just brought this beauty off Facebook marketplace. The seller said it's 15 years old. I will call him Rodney.
I'm worried as he is a bit brown (but solid) on his base and he's very top heavy.
Not sure if anyone knows what type of cactus he is and if he is as large as we think of a specimen?
Any advise/care tips would be greatly appreciated.

It’s a Pilosocereus. I hope this is the brightest, sunniest window you can offer. When a farn is thriving there, I guess it’s not. The brown at the base is just corking. Happens when they get older.
