Growing strawberries at home is actually very easy. You can start your own berry garden using any of these three methods:

From Seeds: This takes the longest but is very rewarding.
From Runners: These are “baby” shoots that grow off an adult plant.
From Live Plants: You can buy a young plant from a nursery and transplant it.

Growing from Seeds
To start, choose healthy seeds. Wrap them in a moist paper towel and keep them in a cool, dark place. Once they sprout after a few days, gently move the baby plants into a pot filled with a mix of soil and vermicompost.

Growing from Runners
Growing from runners is often the best choice for beginners. These plants are already partially developed, so they are much stronger than seeds. The best part? Plants grown from runners usually start producing fruit within a single year.

Tips:
Soil: Use a mix of soil and organic compost for the best growth.
Watering: Keep the soil moist but not soaked.
Patience: While seeds are fun to watch, runners will give you fruit much faster!

Growing from Live Plants
For the quickest results, you can purchase established live plants from a nursery and move them directly into your home garden or containers.
