Colour obviously from setosa. Leaf shape 50/50 between the two. They are not so different in this respect apart from thickness. I suspect colour may just present as the first thing some eyes see – making it appear “dominant”. The same with shaviana and runyonii, for example. Also not so very different, but some may view shaviana as “dominant”.
Seasonal behaviour and so on also comes into play.
