It's time for me to install two roof windows and I'm going to get a recommendation for a automatic arm. On 60 degree days in heading nearing 90 degrees of I don't open the doors and get a cross breeze. I will be installing an attic fan soon but also framed in two spots to put raising roof windows. I don't want to buy cheap hydraulic arms, I want something I can trust because it will get toasty in there before I'm past the rush of frost damage in our yard. Unfortunately that's mid to late June and I want big, healthy, hardened off starts by then.

Your roof pitch is so small that I would place the window and opener on each end wall near the top
I have two of the wax filled window openers working great for 20 and 30 years each respectively…
For what it’s worth, my $35 Amazon Anleolife wax opener has been going strong for nearly four years. Has seen temps between 0F and 110F.
