It may keep blooming for a few weeks. Never seen one with Orange flowers. Mine flower in shades of Dark Pink or Reds. It could use more light, as the top is stretching looking for Sunlight. Can you slowly move it to where it will get more sunlight? If so, move it a bit closer, leave it there for 1 week or so, then move it again closer to get more sunlight. If you can’t, I would suggest you getting a grow light.
You sure the aren just stuck on artificial flowers. It’s a thing they do when selling them.
