Going through some big changes in my life, just in time for spring and just in time to start my own garden from seeds that I germinated myself. Life has its ups and downs but it’s important to do the things you love and have commitment to a hobby that can only better you and your mindset. I used to buy plants from the store and let the mature, then harvest, but starting from scratch and seeing the progress everyday is more than fun! I love to cook and share my harvest which makes this even more rewarding!
Here is a list of all the vegetables and herbs I’m growing:
• Rezha Macedonia pepper
• West Indies Red Habanero
• Buena Mulata pepper
• Red Thai chili pepper
• Orangelo thyme
• Wild thyme
• Wild zaatar oregano
• Broadleaf sage
• Winter savory
• Genovese basil
• Thai sweet basil
• Slo-bolt cilantro
• Bouquet dill
• Giant of Italy parsley
• Garden rocket (arugula)
• Lollo rossa lettuce
• Curly kale
• Chinese cabbage
• Pak choi (bok choy)
• Japanese giant red mustard
A big shout out to baker creek for fun seeds.
Let me know if you have any tips for these varieties and hopefully I’ll have some progress to update yall with some updates.
Also: I’m in Atlanta for climate questions

Those plant geraniums are kind of a scam. The lights aren’t really powerful enough and once you get germination you really should take off the humidity domes. I fell for the same when I started out. I actually ended up losing half of my tomatoes from dampening off because of it and they were super leggy.

Looks good, few of my own
I have a suggestion. Get heat mats they make a huge difference in germination time and %.
Looking good!
My only tip.. for the cups, loosely cover with clingfilm or a plastic bag for humidity.
It’s so exciting seeing the first seedlings emerge 🙂
