When I got my wentii, it had massive shock and dropped all but 1 leaf. Its regrowing now but the new leaf is TINY. Is it essentially starting over or is it because its lacking anything? The roots fill the entire pot so Its not the pot size.

I think new leafs are always tiny. They should grow in size with time
It’s pretty normal for the newest leaf to be “small”. Either because you made a big chop or rescue operation so it’s Reverting. I think in your case, the leaf is still very young and is expanding in size.
