It’s still 3-4 weeks till I can get my cilantro outside. It was started on 2/22, I need to start another 6 cell. I was thinking about maybe trying to grow it in my garage under lights. Or any other suggestions anyone has?
Follow up, I read oregano can be challenging to see start, so obviously I over seeded the 6 cells. I’m think let it grow a little more then cut at soil level the weaker looking oregano.
Any suggestion or tips for both plants would be welcome! Thanks!

Huh. Did you fertilize these? I started my herbs one day before you did and mine are absolutely tiny.
Cilantro is best direct sown. I’d eat these, since they look like they probably have already grown too big for their pots and may just bolt soon, and start new ones outside wherever you plan to grow them when it’s warm enough.
For oregano, just snip off extra plants leaving one per cell. A little oregano goes a long way so you could totally use it in something. Oregano will spread pretty quickly once in the ground, so you probably won’t need many anyway.
So, oregano is a weed. You’re only going to want one plant unless you use an obscene amount of it.
