– Google tells me wild onion/wild garlic or potentially star of Bethlehem though it says it’s most likely wild onion/garlic. I’m not picking up an onion or garlic scent when I crush the stems though.

I’m 90% sure those are wild onions. I have them in my yard. In the spring, the new sprigs/leaves are really squishy and waxy. Kinda look like they are growing in a clump, almost like clump fescue. If you dig up the dirt, you will find the little bulbs. If you just pull the leaves they will come back.

Following for suggestions to remove other than physical removal.
2-4 d and triclopyr seem to kill the leaves, but not impact the bulb.
