Have had a few people ask about my setup with grafts, thought I'd share.

I'm clumbsy and my hands are beat to hell from a rough life & career. Can't feel a lot in my right hand, especially holding small objects.

Makes grafting small cactus a pain sometimes 😂

I usually have my pereskiopsis in a 32oz deli cup, two in each pot.

I water a day before the graft, when I'm finished I don't use any traction/rubber bands/plastic wrap to secure the two grafts. I'll use some pere glue from the leaves 😂.

But I place another deli cup on top, usually a 16oz with 4 3-4mm vent holes made around the perimeter at the top and covered with tape. Use paper tape like you would find in the first aid section, not the cloth tape.

I vent around a week, completley removed by two weeks.

Same stuff I used in mycology when I would do small runs on 6qt shoeboxes. Tape another tub to the top for some more headroom and allow them to breathe, a double tub or "dub tub"

Used this the last two rounds of grafting and haven't lost any to my own clumsiness!

It's working well for me so far
