During COVID she had an episode where she lost lots of leaves. I was totally freaking out. It was a mix of over and under watering in succession. Now we have a protocol of watering every Monday at 1pm with her vitamins. With some misting of the leaves.
Now I am wondering if she needs a trim?? I'm scared as she has already gone through some trauma. My dad rigged her up with garden tape as you can see she leans towards the light.
She is about 10 to 11 feet tall now. Got her as a little plant from Ikea.

I’m surprised you’ve managed to keep 4 plants happy in the same pot, go you! I would trim that middle long top off. You’re likely to get more branching where you cut back to.
