It may be dried sap. Tends to form white clusters like this. My Hass does this occasionally, usually when under stress. It’s probably wilting because the roots were disturbed during the repot. As long as it’s freely draining soil and not getting soggy, I typically water daily for the first 2 weeks agree a repot (or into ground).
