In all my years of gardening, there is likely nothing as important as these two steps, yet you never hear about them. It’s always seems to be regurgitated practices simply repeating what others have said and OFTEN, it’s not true to not very relevant to success.

  1. Great system. I do hot water as well. I do it immediately before planting as well but I was told 122F up to 1 hour for tomatoes. I’ve never done it for that long though.

  2. Q: 1) is it detrimental to any specific seeds? 2) are there different parameters (temps, times) for different seeds? 3) is it ok to do other seed treatments after this one? I'm thinking of stuff like some people recommend soaks with LABs. Thanks for this great info/demonstration! Haven't seen it before.
