No! Just enjoy the beauty. The plant has plenty of green leaves to keep it going. If it gets too stressed it will jettison that branch so just take good care of the plant and it will be fine.
This is a Krimson Queen and she’s maintained these all-white leaves just fine.
Its a personal choice really. Your plant will be fine if you leave it 💚

If you’re concerned about it focusing on freeloader white growth rather than productive green growth you can pinch the tip of the vine off so you can still keep the pretty leaves but it hopefully stops putting energy into actively growing more of them
