Is this a seed? We find them on our bedsheets every now and then (like a couple at a time). Small, black, shiny, they remind me of the seeds on grain bread, but we don’t eat in bed.

Probably fell off a baked good onto your floor and stuck to your foot

Linseed/flaxseed is common in microwavable heat stuff. Do you have anything like that?

Flax seed! Also used in some pillows. I have that in an eye pillow…

I find these in my home gym. My explanation is they found their way from the kitchen floor to my sock and into the gym. Maybe something similar for you?

You don’t have to eat it in bed. Those seeds travel with you. I find them on my clothes anytime I eat my seedy bread.
