A gardener who works near Nancy Guthrie’s home spoke out about his encounters with her.
In a recent episode of his investigation series, journalist Brian Entin spoke with people in the neighborhood who had crossed paths with Nancy Guthrie before she disappeared. During the segment, Entin interviewed a gardener who previously worked in the area and occasionally saw the 84-year-old grandmother at her home.
The worker recalled one of the last times he encountered the pensioner, describing a brief but friendly exchange between them. Recalling the moment, he said: “It was around eight months since I last saw Mrs Gunthrie. It was early in the morning. The gardener revealed that they had a pretty brief convo, in which he said: “Hi, Mrs Gunthrie, how are you? Entin then asked: “Have you ever seen anyone with her? To which he responded, “I never did.” It comes as shocking new images from the night of Nancy’s abduction were discovered.

Journalist Brian Entin spoke with more people in the area, with neighbors sharing more insight into the quiet Tucson community where Guthrie lived.
One resident, Aldine Meister, who has lived near Nancy for several years, described the neighborhood and some of the activity around the street in the days before Guthrie vanished.
The mother of Savannah Guthrie was last seen on January 31, with her family notifying police about her disappearance the following day.
Investigators questioned Aldine about the neighborhood, and she disclosed there’s “an abandoned house at the end of the street and somebody had just moved out next to us.” She also recalled a weird guy three weeks before Nancy’s disappearance.
“I couldn’t make out his face, although his hat was way down. He was walking down the road, I saw him and I was like, ‘Ohhhhh that guy doesn’t fit.”
“He was kinda hunched over, not in walking or hiking gear. He was dressed in street clothing,” she elaborated. “So I thought that was weird because that’s not normal.”
It all comes after the case took a new twist as 911 caller reported a ‘woman hanging out of car screaming.’
