A weed is only a plant growing somewhere we dont like it. THIS weed is a commonly invasive rhizomatic grass that should be removed with haste and prejudice. Dig down deep from two sides of it to be sure to get all the rhizomes and leave no trace of it behind. It will take over any space even remotely hospitable to it. Someone else will be able to give a more specific ID.
Maybe crabgrass or dallisgrass
