So I have 3 tomato plants-the other two look normal leaf-wise and this one just started growing very weird. About a month ago I left my house for 3 days for a trip, and when I came back the leaves on this one had really tightly curled up (last photo). All three plants had no grow light but the light of a big window during that time, since then this one seems the most affected. Anyway just wondering if anyone’s seen weird leaves like this before and if it’ll affect tomato growth at all. It’s surreal seeing leaves grow out of leaves 😂 Zone 10b, Southern California

Might be an heirloom tomato. They can sometimes have potato like leaves as in the your picture.
