Important Progress, New Jersey Garden State Parkway Exit 20

United States Congressman Jeff Van Drew, R-NJ, 2 has been working on improving the Garden State Parkway at Exit 20 (Seville, Upper Township) since he was a member of the New Jersey Legislator.

This has been a priority for me since my time in the State Legislature, and I have been working with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority to finally get this moving.

Right now, Exit 20 is designed so you can only enter the Parkway heading south and only exit when traveling north. That simply does not make sense for the people who live and work here. The Turnpike Authority has now completed the preliminary design for improvements. The next step is for the project to move through the Authority’s budget prioritization process to be considered for funding. I will keep pushing to make sure this project moves forward so this interchange finally works the way it should for South Jersey, said Van Drew.

Of not giving up. When an issue is important to constituents, Van Drew will stay on top of it for as long as it takes to accomplish the desired result.

When motorist at exit 20 will finally be able to use this exit properly in both directions will be a real game changer.
