Hi! So I got this plant in July as a birthday gift. She's growing good and everything was well until now, where I found some dead leaves close to her roots. I'm not afraid I'm not taking care of it correctly.

What's the right way to do so? I love this plant so much, but I really don't know much about it

    There’s a great Beginners’ Guide in the r/succulents sub’s FAQ portion that will get you started but definitely pay attention to soil, light and water (see autobot replies)

    Also, if the “dead leaves” are just dried up and crunchy (not soggy and rotting), that’s just regular leaf reabsorption. It happens when the plant takes the nutrients from older leaves and diverts them to the rest of the parts
