Looks fine. How much sun is it getting and at what temperature is it?
The pineapple you can see most likely won’t turn into anything edible. Maybe you can propagate it, but be careful when the plant is as small as it currently is.
I have had one for a while now and it will slowly turn into just a crown – the leafy part on top.
Don’t over water it, so only water when the soil is no longer moist and it should be fine.

🍍 ohhhh, I’m so jealous, my two pineapple plants will never bear any fruits I think. I have them in 20 L Buckets and they are nice exotic plants, which they’ve been for 5 or 6 years now. But fruit… ,(?), I would say never. Luckily they survive and are beautiful big plants. 😊🍍😄

What’s its story? A recent acquisition?
It’s really deep in that pot which both impacts sunlight and air flow. However it doesn’t matter – pineapples are monocarpic and the fruit is ripe, so the mother plant will start to fade soon.
