The Franklin County 4H Junior Gardener Club is preparing for a new year of handson learning as it welcomes youth ages 8–18 to its 2026 program. The club meets on the second and fourth Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in Chambersburg and provides young participants with practical experience in gardening through a designated 4H garden space at the Franklin County Extension Office. The enrollment fee is $30.
The first meeting of the season will be held on March 12, with meetings continuing twice monthly through September. For enrollment information or questions, families may contact the Franklin County Extension Office at 7172639226.
