Hi all!
I accidentally knocked over the mother plant (last picture) and this cute pup got detached from the plant. I let it stay in the pot for a few days until I was able to buy succulent potting mix + perlite
I've now put it into the tiny gray pot in photos 2 and 3.
A few questions I'd love community input on:
1. It hasn't had water for a few days ever since it broke off. When is a good time to water it?
2. I've just lightly pushed it into the soil. Anything else to do? Does it need to go deeper in?
3. How do I know if it's doing well or not? I've heard that pups like this will first try to establish a root system before spending energy to grow leaves. Is there any visible sign of progress I can look for?
4. Anything I am doing wrong or you would recommend to do differently?
