The NSW government has launched a review into a contested car park that Sydney hospitality king Justin Hemmes has transformed into a lively beer garden at his vibey new venue Club Rose Bay amid concerns the area does not have the required approval.
Hemmes faces trouble on a second front with the local Woollahra Council demanding his hospitality business, Merivale, submit an updated application to obtain development consent for the outdoor area.
