Need advice on how to start reclaiming this field. It was an old rice field years ago so was designed to keep in water. The entirety of the property is carpeted with this dead grass and is like walking on a wet sponge with all the water the accumulates and doesn’t have any way to drain. The previous owners used a big tractor to bush hog so there’s deep ruts in some spots that are ankle deep with water. Any tips?
