Maily doing it out of interest as I can only imagine they pepper I had ( long sweet pepper ) was a hybrid so I am expecting different results.
But as far as genetics go, are they individual to each seed or are all of her seeds in the peppers predisposed to a genetic code?
TLDR: I am wondering if growing hybrids will result in multiple different varieties or will they all be the same?

I had a great jalapeño plant growing last season. My first harvest, I pulled out 4 or 5 beautiful peppers. I took them in to cook something with them and got zero heat. The next harvest, I pulled one off and took a bite of it raw only to find out it tasted like a green pepper.
That was the day I learned they can genetically modify the plant for low to no heat.
I was flabbergasted and pissed I had waisted my time with such a generic freak.
