Hello! This is my first attempt at hydroponics and I’m growing basil, parsley, arugula and scallions. It’s going really well so far, but I’m worried these collars are too tight around the stems.
Are the stems strong enough to compress the foam as they grow to accommodate their size? Should I try to cut the center hole larger? Or should I skip the collars entirely in favour of Leca?
