DEERFIELD, N.H. — Businesses, organizations, and sponsors connected to agriculture, forestry, conservation, gardening, homesteading, and rural living are invited to take part in the New Hampshire Farm, Forest & Garden Expo, taking place Friday, May 1 (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) and Saturday, May 2 (9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) at the Deerfield Fairgrounds.

The Expo offers a unique opportunity for exhibitors and sponsors to connect directly with an engaged audience of landowners, growers, makers, families, and outdoor enthusiasts who are actively seeking tools, services, education, and resources they can use in real life. This is not a passive walk-by show — it’s an interactive environment where demonstrations, conversations, and hands-on experiences drive meaningful engagement.

Exhibitors benefit from a dynamic setting that includes live sawmills and forestry equipment in operation, teams of oxen hauling lumber, tractors and equipment attendees can explore, and demonstrations that naturally draw crowds throughout the grounds. Educational programming and expert-led sessions create a steady flow of attendees interested in learning, problem-solving, and investing in products and services that support their work and passions.

New this year, the Expo has received a generous grant from Champions of New Hampshire Farms, allowing organizers to significantly expand digital marketing efforts. This investment will increase regional and statewide visibility through targeted online advertising, social media campaigns, and digital outreach — driving higher attendance and delivering greater exposure and value for exhibitors and sponsors alike.

This year’s Expo also features an expanded New Hampshire 4-H presence with exhibits, competitions, and activities, increasing family attendance and multi-generational engagement. Additional attractions such as the Children’s Entrepreneur Marketplace, the Dark Horse Lumberjack Show, free horse and wagon rides, and a strong lineup of food trucks help keep visitors on site longer — giving exhibitors more time and touchpoints with attendees.

Sponsorship opportunities are available at multiple levels, offering strong brand visibility before, during, and after the event through on-site signage, digital promotion, and inclusion in marketing materials. Sponsors align their brand with education, stewardship, innovation, and New Hampshire’s working landscape, while gaining exposure to a highly targeted audience.

The New Hampshire Farm, Forest & Garden Expo is proudly presented by UNH Extension, NH Department of Agriculture, Markets, and Food, and NH Division of Forests & Lands, with media sponsorship provided by Wolf Rock Construction, New England Dairy, and Champions of New Hampshire Farms.

Exhibitor space and sponsorship opportunities are limited. Organizations interested in participating are encouraged to reserve space early to ensure optimal placement and promotional exposure.
