If you want to eat plants that you forage yourself, you will have to study with an expert who can teach you how to identify them with 100% accuracy. Do not eat anything that you are not 100% confident identifying yourself, and do not trust strangers on the internet. Often there are poisonous species that look similar to edible species, or some edible species have to be prepared a specific way to not be poisonous, or different parts of the same plant will be poisonous vs edible.
Dry it up somewhere after washing. Don’t ingest until you’re sure it’s safe. Throw it away if it’s not.
