Some of my peppers look great, while others are shriveled. Is it too much water or light? Or disease? I'm at a loss so any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance! by _n0thanx_ peppers 3 Comments ManyAcanthaceae1929 2 months ago I got a similar issue from too much water after transplanting. Your pictures look exactly like my plant did. A couple sets of leaves dropped, but after letting it dry out a bit it has started sprouting over double the leaves it had before. I suggest letting it dry out while roots absorb the excess water and keeping a fan on it periodically to help with transpiration.
