The soil is extremely soaked and idk it doesn't look right. Should I leave it be? A lot of my strings broke off, idk how to propagate. Would you complain since soo many came ripped off? Thank you

Where’d you get it from? I recently ordered SoT from on an online shop in the UK and had the same happen. Lost it to root rot within two weeks.
