The 13,218-square-foot landmark in Murrells Inlet is currently owned by Kingfisher Associates LLC. The property, valued at $1,134.82-per-square-foot, was posted for sale on LoopNet.com on November 17, 2025.
The Garden City Pier was built in 1992 and has since become a hotspot for locals and visitors with its family-friendly offerings. The property is a total of .84 acres and includes a cafe, an arcade, a tackle shop and parking underneath.
Two stages between the 668-foot stretch offer live music throughout spring and summer evenings. There is one at the base of the pier above the sand and another stage with a dancefloor above the ocean’s waves.
