Will she keep growing sideways over the edge of the pot? Will the babies fill the pot? Do they have to be separated?

    It’s very beautiful and looks healthy. It’s compact and showing no signs of etiolation. I’d just leave it, honestly. A lot of people like to behead their echeverias and keep them low-growing but then you never get stunning mature specimens like this. A lot of echeverias will grow longer trunks when you leave them alone and trail downward over the edges of their pots, which is what I expect yours will probably do.
