I wish to repot this weekend but before I do that I'd love to know if anyone thinks if I'm doing anything wrong so far. I'm getting much stronger grow lights tomorrow and I want to change from blood worms to something else as I think I put too much per leaf.
Humidity has been low since my humidifier (ultra sonic type) was shooting hard water minerals in the air making me sick and i assume not good for the plant if anything landed on it (white dust)
Grow lights are Sansi 20W 16hrs a day and tomorrow I'll be getting a 45W one so my other plants have better light
I tray method water but i let it dry out a few days between watering with distilled of course
I see everyone else's points right up but mine looks like it's trying to take a walk + a new basal shoot off the side? Is that a good thing or am i doing something wrong?

I have those lights and they do have an intense hotspot in the center of their beam. I would back them away at first and/or aim less directly and then move closer depending on how the plant responds. You don’t want it to burn.
The 45w will need its own fixture, as the 20w fixture you are using for this plant is only rated for 10w per socket.
