It’s that time of year and it’s also the first year I’m seeing a sarracenia flower 🙂 it’s been a bit of a longer winter here so I’m just glad to see some more growth, also my first sarracenia flower lol, I will absolutely post an update when it blooms, since it’s the first one I’ve seen in my own collection i figured I would just let it bloom

While somewhat alien in appearance, *Sarracenia* flowers are quite a delight to see—especially in one’s own collection. Additionally, you can always self-pollinate that flower or cross with another *Sarracenia* flower, should you have another, and make your own *Sarracenia* seed.
