I was just in an auction, and bought a Silver Sword Starter…I love Philos and it was a whim purchase… HOWEVER…I love viney plants (hope that makes sense) and I looked up how the silvers look when they grow and I saw two kinds?! The first picture was the shape of the starter…but now I’m scared if it’s really the second much larger?
Please help 🥹🙏🏼

Yes, as the plant matures the leaves will get larger and look more like the second photo. They also like to climb, so she would probably be good on a moss pole. I had my silver sword on a pole for a while and she gave me bigger leaves every time and even flowered for me once or twice. Give her some space and light and see how she grows! They’re really beautiful plants and it’s fun to watch them mature into their leaf shapes. She’s definitely not going to be viney, sorry
I didn’t give mine a pole, it keeps the leaves smaller for longer I’ve had mine for like nine months and it still pushes only the baby leaves
