hi everyone!
I’ve just bought a house (go me, in this economy) and the previous owner spent probably 2 or 3 decades growing this grapevine (there’s bunches of grapes literally everywhere) and I want to keep it – but I have to move it 🙃
It’s currently across nearly half of the house, is blocking the front entrance stairs and the verandah wooden posts are rotting from it and from age(and it’s blocking my precious sun).
I’m hoping for some advice on pruning it back, moving some vines or adding perhaps some form of trellis or archway to the side of the house so it can continue grow, but i’ve got no experience with grapes let alone one this size. any advice would be greatly appreciated
